A discovery call is a working session, not a pitch deck. We use it to learn enough to write a scope you can accept or reject. There is no commitment to buy, and we typically follow up within one business day.
What we ask
- Who will use the product, and what they need to finish in the first session
- What already exists: site, app, admin, analytics, brand files
- Hard constraints: launch date, compliance, languages, who will update content
- Integrations that are truly required versus nice-to-have
What you should leave with
After the call we send a written outline: what is in, what is out, and a sequence if an MVP is wiser than a full build. The quote is tied to that outline — not to a published retail price list.
If you want a feel for starting points before we talk, use the packages page: website, ecommerce, SaaS MVP, app, automation, SEO, and maintenance. Those cards are conversation guides. Final numbers still wait on discovery.
How to book
Use Calendly for a free 15–30 minute slot, WhatsApp if that is easier, or the contact form if you prefer email. We are not going to invent a discount code or a fake ‘usual project cost’ in this article.
